| Excellent deal on a refurb PC (Looks like new inside and out!). I just added a graphics card from the TigerDirect store, now it ROCKS. All I need now is a little more RAM and I'll be able to do pretty much anything I want. Awesome deal, well worth the money spent. |

| If you plan to add additional hardware, this computer is perfect. If you want it as is out of the box, I'd pick a different computer. 1 GB isn't enough to run Vista despite Microsoft's claims, I added another 2 GB and an nVidia video card and the computer can now run most anything perfectly (Windows Experience Index 4.7). Only problem I had was some of the front panel USB ports don't work |

| Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Onboard video is defective. Didn't have opportunity to return in within 30 day period. Am ordering a video card which I hope fixes the problem. Moral--Don't buy refurbished and you won't be disappointed |

| Value 5 out of 5: For True multi-tasking capabilities and upgradeability.
Features 4 out of 5: Sleep feature doesn't work as expected. Hopefully, recent BIOS update would solve that issue.
Quality 5 out of 5: Quality is very good, since it is HP. There is a PCI-Express slot if you want to turn this into a gaming machine.
Performance 4 out of 5: I would recommend installing extra 1GB RAM, since the machine comes with only 1GB. I installed extra 2GB and now performance is great.
Overall I am very happy with it. |

| My wife's Dell died, and I went looking for something to replace it. For $349 this computer kicks serious butt! I like it well enough so I may just replace my aging custom-built with one as well. |
