CompUSA does not currently rent, sell or otherwise forward your name to other companies. Please see our Privacy and Security Statement for more information about your confidentiality. Comments or ideas transmitted to this site become the sole property of CompUSA and may be shared to expand or improve the functionality of the site or of our product or service offerings or for any other reason.

Pre-Orders
Please be aware that while all pre-orders will be fulfilled, date of fulfillment is subject to stock on hand. Pre-orders are on a first come, first-served basis. CompUSA cannot therefore guarantee shipping date.

Payment Info
Paying by Credit Card
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover, the CompUSA Credit Card, and Diners Club. We do not add any credit card surcharges. Please see our Privacy and Security Statement for more information about your credit card safety. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, CompUSA requires that this address be listed on your credit card account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card. CompUSA requires this in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Tax Exemption
If you are tax exempt in the state where the product will be shipped, please call us at 1-800-8-DIRECT to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.

Shipping (CompUSA.com)
Continental U.S. Shipments
Freight charges include prepaid insurance should your package be lost or damaged. If your package is lost or damaged, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] or contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-653-3831 for a replacement order. At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
(Please note: Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover shipments made using your shipper identification account.)

International Shipments
We will gladly ship internationally, unless shipments are restricted by law. To determine eligibility for international shipping, please e-mail us or call 972-312-7200 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturer's limited warranties for internationally shipped products may vary or be null and void.
(NOTE: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our insurance.)

Export
To comply with certain vendor agreements and government regulations, CompUSA reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void.

Signature
For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point.

Online pricing specifications and availability:
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.

Although Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail, CompUSA may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response e-mail but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason.

We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. Monitor displays are simulated. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless specified. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.

Warranties and Rebates
Limited Warranties
CompUSA does not warrant other manufacturers' products sold online or in our stores. The products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information.

New Product Manufacturer's Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge, upon written request addressed to TAP Accounting, 18451 North Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75287. CompUSA also offers 2 and 3 years Technology Assurance Plans for an additional cost.

Rebate Information
To retrieve rebates for items purchased on this website, please print them off this site. Most rebates will not be shipped with product unless included in or on the product's box. If the rebate you are looking for is not available please contact either the manufacturer or a CompUSA Store near you.

Manufacturer Rebates
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities, and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase and UPC codes from the original packaging are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.

Internet Service Rebates

In-Store Return Policy
For items purchased in a CompUSA retail store
Items purchased from CompUSA and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories.

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item (fee not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Opened software, DVD movies, pre-recorded videos and game cartridges may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for refund.

CompUSA will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.

Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check from CompUSA's corporate office within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card (credit card must be presented at time of return). Refunds on purchases made with a CompGift® Card or gift certificate will be issued back in the form of a gift certificate.

CompUSA PC Return Policy
For items purchased online from CompUSA PC
To return items purchased from CompUSA PC, you must either (a) return the items to a CompUSA store location (find the store nearest you by clicking here) within fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice, with your original receipt, invoice or packing slip, or (b) call our Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-800-869-2829 within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date (same as ship date) for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed after fourteen (14) days. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice or packing slip.

RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from date of issuance. Returns should be shipped to the address given by the Customer Satisfaction Department along with the RMA number. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
  • To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
  • An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective (fee not applicable in Hawaii). The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund exchange.
  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE COMPUSA WEBSITE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

This site does not sell to re-sellers. Unless otherwise specifically noted, all refurbished products are sold "AS IS" with all warranties expressed or implied, disclaimers, including any implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some products may be eligible for a Technology Assurance Plan.

Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy
For online purchases (excluding CompUSA PC) returned by mail:
Contact our Support Center at 1-800-COMPUSA (266-7872) to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details including mailing address and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.
  • To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
